Hidden Ceremony Sound Systems

Hiding my sound system for Ceremonies is one of my unique Wedding DJ penchants. Ceremonies just look better for guests and photos when the DJ’s sound system isn’t visible in photos, obscuring the natural beauty of the gorgeous land in which our clients have chosen to tie the knot. My Ceremony Sound system has unpowered speakers, which allows me to send really long audio cables to them and hide them in unique locations. Remember the “Where’s Waldo” books from childhood? Well, here’s my “Where’s Audio” coming from? blog series.

BLOG: “Where’s Waldo Audio?”

This wedding was on 4/20. Fitting that I hid the speakers in the grass…
What a perfect backdrop to hide speakers in! My joy!
This placement was really slick
This one is obvious, but can you see them?
With just two solo trees and vines a long ways off, where could the speakers go???
To accomplish this incredible hide, we had help from Above.
Technically, the speakers are in this shot, but even I can barely see them.
Side angle, easier to spot
There’s one visible in this photo, can you find it?
I’m quite frond of where I placed these speakers
Barabara Bush would have been impressed by these speaker placements
There was something cool about the way my QSC Speaker leaned against this old tree. I imagined James Dean leaning against a wall with a legs crossed and hands in his pockets, slightly glancing up in approval.
One stand is more visible than the speaker, but I dressed it up with a skirt, cause we all like to get dressed up now and again
So much foliage to work with, my dream backdrop!
They’re both visible in this photo, can you spot Waldo? I mean Audio!
The florists did us quite the solid on this one.
This was my view as I sang my couple down the aisle.
